The governing board of the church consists of the Senior Pastor and Elders. Elders are responsible for making the spiritual and natural decisions for the church. All decisions, except those expressed in the constitution and by-laws of the church, must be voted upon by the elders. All final decisions require a unanimous vote. If the leadership is unable to reach a unanimous decision we have agreed to abide by the decision of a presbytery selected by the officers of Fellowship of Churches and Ministers International.
In addition to the Board of Elders we also have a Deacon Board. The Deacon's responsibilities and authority include but are not limited to: the building, the property, the care of widows, altar ministry, handling the money, preparation for baptism and The Lord's Supper, ushering, security etc.
We are incorporated in the State of GA. Pastor Eddie Mason serves as the President and Joanie Richardson serves as secretary and treasurer of the corporation. Debbie Smith is our accountant.
